Find it at The Crustacean Club. Made up of two distinct and equally chic components, the Club Room portion opens TOMORROW, May 7, and the anticipated Oyster Bar opens May 14. The former, outfitted with deep-ocean-dark sea-inspired wallpaper, is where you can opt to book a table for 2.5 hours and delight in a five-course chefs’ tasting menu, while the latter will serve Gulf oysters, cocktails, caviar, wine and house fries beneath the glow of a sparkling chandelier.
