Those who have watched the Thunderstruck dance on TikTok or felt inspired by the hit Netflix series will want to sign up for our Cardio Cheer Class next Sat, Sept 14. A local professional cheerleader will lead our upbeat one-hour class, which kicks off our Game Day Market, and you’ll leave knowing a few of the moves from the famous AC/DC dance. All fitness levels welcome.

Act fast – limited space available. Your $15 ticket includes a spot in our outdoor fitness class at 10 a.m., all-day market access and a drink. (There is no need to buy a general admission ticket if you buy a Cardio Cheer ticket.)
