Located in the historic Hye Post Office, the charming destination is dedicated entirely to Texas-grown traditional method of sparkling wine. Though walk-ins are welcome, rezzies are available for 60-minute tastings every Thurs – Sun. Enjoy fluted sips of sparkling cuvées for $35 you can pair with oysters or caviar service.
