The Australian-inspired restaurant has opened its doors in Uptown to bring a stylish and spirited vibe with red travertine flooring, white oak millwork and a custom cowhide wall installation by Texas-based artist Kyle Bunting. Add to it a garden-style patio retreat perfect for enjoying fresh and healthy fare, a menu of matcha and maple lattes along with probiotic smoothies.
