What’s the first thing you do when you meet with a new client?
Provide a welcoming environment with a thorough consultation! Consultations are so important for BOTH new and existing clients. You want to make sure the stylist and client are on the same page with their desired look.

Three things we’re doing wrong when taking care of our hair?
Not brushing your hair regularly, skipping out on heat protectant, and turning the heat too high on hot tools.
