Step into the dreams of Michelle McDowell Smith, the featured artist at Bayou City Art Festival taking place downtown October 14 – 15. The mixed media artist’s work features pom pom adorned llamas, winged polar bears, a rabbit enjoying cake and other wonders of nature. The al fresco fest features live music on the Stella Artois stage, art selfie stations, a wine garden and a gallery of more than 250 artists with works at a range of prices and mediums.
