It's no wonder the chic treat has been mastered by stylish Dallas sisters (and social media stars) Sarah and Natalie Knowlton, pictured below, of We the Birds. The duo, who's called on to create desserts for Forty Five Ten and The Joule, takes the French treat to new heights with visual concepts like interpreting fashion trends into batch form and adding marbled design and divine drip effects. The hand-crafted, gluten-free, 50-calorie creations typically have a two-week wait time.
