Cured: Now Open at the Pearl

Fine wine. Leather furniture. Bros in button-downs. Some things are just better aged.
Bring that maturity to your mealtimes at Cured, chef Steve McHugh's much-anticipated new resto at the Pearl Brewery that opened Saturday. Formerly of Lüke on the Riverwalk fame, the creative genius designed the menu with uber local roots - all pickling, butchering and bitters-makings for the bar is done in-house. We love the Bandera quail, cabrito sliders and beer can mussels.
Just remember to act sophisticated while choking back that 25-year-old scotch.
After getting your fill of cured meats and pickled goods, head to Local Coffee's newest location in the Pearl. Perk up with three Texas roasters on tap - rotating weekly - and fresh pastries.
