Local innovator Courtney Beauchamp of hip shopping concept Garage of Good put her multitasking to good use, adding culinary skills to her spectrum of talents with Good Grain Sandwiches. The decadent sammies are made with fresh bread and gourmet ingredients bought each morning and artfully put together to create healthy combos. Three options are available each week (only 10 per day) -- with ingreds like fresh goat cheese with chopped walnuts, cucumbers, arugula and sea salt.
Time to get back to "exercising" by stalking your ex on foot.
