Over 30 chefs (like Top Chef Texas winner Paul Qui) that hail from across the country will cook up beef, pork, veal, chicken, duck, quail, bison and exotic meats during the event's first time outside the Big Apple. Get fired up to sample so much grilled goodness your midi ring will need a scrubbing.
