You've already watched Elf four times this month.

Get out of the house and take in Artpace's newest art installation, sigh by Kim Morgan, and a new accessory perfect for last-minute gifting (see below). sigh was inspired by the artist-in-resident's mother's cancer diagnosis and subsequent blood transfusions. Kim collaborated with scientists to view blood samples at 100,000 times their size via Scanning Electron Microsopy (SEM), collecting samples from her mother, partner, friends, students and herself. The unique, composite image was printed onto a lightweight fabric and hung across the room. Each breeze flutters the fabric, reflecting how cells actually flow through our veins.

Go now, before you babble in Buddy-isms.

Kim's new limited-edition taffeta scarves (only 100 were printed) mirror the stunning exhibit's design. Purchase a scarf online or at Artpace - 50% of the proceeds will go to Ovarian Cancer Canada in her mother's honor.
