Find a new way to enjoy the little crustaceans courtesy of Pinch Crawfish Kitchen - a new cajun-style pop-up concept with a Vietnamese spin. Instead of the typical gumbo flavorings, the owners, who go by the names of Craylor Swift and Prawn Solo, incorporate seasonings commonly found in Vietnamese dishes, including garlic, green onion and natural citrus. The buttery bugs are served up steaming hot at pop-ups around town, giving you the same great taste without losing that backyard boil feel.
