Help Mend Hearts and Homes

Come hell or high water... We'll stand by our neighbors on the coast because we're #TexasStrong.

1. Change your profile pic. Download an artsy watercolor of Texas for $5 from Mint & Maple - 100% of your purchase goes to hurricane relief.

2. Lend a hand to a farmer. Farmhouse Delivery is providing sustainable meals to relief shelters and collecting funds for Texas farmers with flood damage to crops.

3. Write a love letter to Lone Star. May Designs created a special #TexasStrong set of notebooks. Earnings go to aid funds.

4. Send a text. Donate $10 to American Red Cross by texting HARVEY to 90999.

5. Wear your heart on your sleeve. Howler Brothers has already sold more than 1,000 of their special-edition Howler for Harvey t-shirts. Proceeds go to Texas storm relief funds.

6. Help a pup. The Humane Society is raising funds to help animals affected by flooding.

7. Join JJ Watt. The football super star has a goal of collecting $10 million for his beloved Houston - he's well on his way to his goal.

8. Comfort a baby. San Antonio-based Texas Diaper Bank is collecting diapers, wipes and formula for families in temporary shelters across the state. National disaster relief agencies do not provide diapers. (Online monetary donations also accepted.)

9. Show your Texas pride. Austin brand Frankie Jean is donating half of sales of their Texas collection in September to relief efforts. Houston's Golden Thread is giving proceeds of its Texas necklace to American Red Cross.
