Too-cute pink concept Espada Coffee is now parked seven days a week downtown, just outside of Armadillo Boulders, so you can get your coffee fix every day from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Owned by a teacher, the mobile shop's menu features fresh joe using beans from local Estate Coffee Company. Enjoy oat milk cortados or sip cold brew from a pink and white striped biodegradable straw and take on the day with gusto.
