Dream Lover

Andrew Weismann's Il Sogno in the Pearl Brewery just opened, and it’s truly the stuff of fantasies

Is there a more dreaded sound than your alarm clock? Especially when you're having a dream about being in Adrian Grenier's entourage, as the role of girlfriend.

You'll want to hit snooze to make your dream-like meal last at the new Il Sogno in the Pearl Brewery – it's truly the stuff of fantasies. (The name means "the dream" in Italian, just like _Le Rêve_ does in French.) The unstoppable Andrew Weissman has done it again – slide into an intimate table under the glow of fab light fixtures made by a local artist from repurposed wine bottles, and peer into the open kitchen to watch the up-and-coming chefs at work (many are students at the CIA next door). The serving counter is fashioned from an old Pearl Brewery conveyor belt and the rustic Italian pastas, antipastos, and wines are enough to put you in a blissful food coma.

No need to pinch yourself. Now back to the part where you were figuring out what to wear to your hottie boyfriend's movie premiere.
