Switch up your statement and branch out to brand new Amor Eterno. The craft cocktail bar opened yesterday in Southtown, featuring an elevated imbibing experience in a welcoming setting. The chef-inspired menu developed in partnership with ¡Bucho! pop-up is dubbed “Tejano street fare.” Make your way through carnitas sliders, charcuterie options, ceviche wonton tacos, leafy greens and Tejano Cubanos while toasting handcrafted sips including the gin-laced Who’s That Lady and the Noches de Amor made with tequila, lime, strawberry, angostura bitters and bubbles.
