Chef, owner and vegetarian Deven Dawson, formerly of Royal Street Deli glory, will have you delighting in dishes like the strawberry and goat cheese salad or the portobello sandwich with basil balsamic dressing during the week, and waking up early for the weekend brunch menu with kitschy items a la John Hughes like the Molly Ringwald watermelon and tomato salad. Seal it all with a thirst-quenching side of cucumber or creamsicle water.
Because asking where to find shrooms during a late night on Frenchmen Street is bad for your rep.
Currently Delta Angel is BYOB while they're getting their sea legs, so take advantage! Also, BYOB (bring your own bathing suit) because all customers can enjoy complimentary access to the hotel's pool and patio.
