After you've eaten your weight in gravy and chutney, lighten things up at The Pressery, opening December 1. The heart-healthy concept from local Kim Nguyen of Vietnamese-influenced Magasin Café, this raw, cold-press juice bar specializes in locally sourced organic and vegan juices, milks and popsicles. Menu highlights include green, root and citrus based drinks, wheatgrass shots and flavored water to the tune of chia coconut and lemon ginger mint. Not just a spot for sipping, salads and spring rolls provided by Seed and Magasin Kitchen will also be available. Grab a juice on the go or ask about a monthly membership subscriptions.
