One thing I’ve started doing the past few years to spice the menu up is to create a soup that uses seasonal ingredients. Last year I used a root vegetable and the year before, I found some really good looking parsnips that I used to make soup.

I’m a classic cocktail drinker, clean and lean – sometimes a vodka soda with lime or a shot of great tequila. And there can never be enough wine flowing.
