You Had Us at Ombré Cake

Local pastry chef Beth Biundo takes dessert to a divine new level.

Since Halloween, your sweet tooth has been slummin' it. Discounted bags of candy corn, smooshed peanut butter cups, marked down pumpkin biscotti.

Step away from the second rate sugar and chic up your urge to binge thanks to Beth Biundo Sweets. Her truly divine bakery offers a daily rotating selection of gourmet desserts to the tune of apple and almond tarts, slices of glazed grapefruit rosemary pound cake and darling sugar cookies. Pop by for an iced coffee to sip from her black and white striped straws and then come back for a girly gathering in the afternoon -  Martin's Wine Cellar is just a block away and Biundo always keeps a corkscrew and flutes on hand so you can tip back bubbles while you treat yourself to something pretty from her glass case. And did we mention she now carries pints of homeade ice cream?

No need to haunt yourself with the ghosts of wrappers past.
