Meet Alex Snodgrass, pictured below, and hear how she developed 100 meals that are designed to be easy to make after the work day. Photographed by Austin-based Kristen Kilpatrick, the recipes have ingredient swap options that are Whole30 compliant, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free and more.
