BLACKBERRY JAM COCKTAIL

Courtesy of Triniti, where there's a brand new happy hour. Cocktails are $6, select beers $3 and wine $5. Food specials, too.  (M-F, 4-7 pm.)

1 ½ oz. El Dorado 3 yr White Rum

¾  oz. Lime Juice

¾ oz Crème de Mure

1/2 oz. Vanilla Honey

4 Blackberries

Glass:  10 oz Rocks Glass

Garnish:  Blackberry

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain over ice.
