Young Houston chocolatier Annie Rupani pairs unexpected ingredients like Szechuan peppercorn with milk chocolate, bubblegum with ganache and carrot puree with white chocolate to build flavors that put Willy Wonka to shame. And each delish treat is handcrafted ensuring they look every bit as good as they taste.

Just don't eat so many sweets that you get a visit from the Cavity Fairy.
