The Neck's Best Thing

Kristen Everett produces vintage-inspired jewelry for Vardonne.

After you lost one of your tassel earrings, your transformed the other into a tassel necklace and decided it might be time to quit your day job.

Not so fast. Turn to an artist taking innovation to another level at Vardonne. Named after the Romani word for a gypsy wagon, this virtual shop is stocked full of carefully curated work from artists who use life’s lesser-known materials. Founder and native North Carolinian Kristen Everett studied at FIT in NYC before introducing her line of jewelry, including Cherokee Indian-inspired pieces (found by her grandfather) covered in bronze and 24-karat gold.

So you can stay on the straight and arrowhead.
