Life Behind Bars

Have a Bonnie and Clyde moment over handcrafted beers.

Heist Brewery
2909 N. Davidson Street
Suite 200
How many times have you gone to dinner with the girls and ended up splitting one cheese plate between the four of you - coupled with almost four bottles of wine for one of you - then going home to ransack the fridge like it was your last meal?
Don't hold back - next time eat like there's no tomorrow at Charlotte’s stealthiest new brewery, Heist. Though the handcrafted beer selection is so good it's criminal in this 1900s cotton mill turned brew house, you’ll ask to be handcuffed to the table once you get a taste for its twisted American cuisine. Throw down forked-up ahi served with a wasabi-soy mist, kurobuta pork belly corn dogs, oven roasted beer cheese, and root beer BBQ duck flatbread while sipping a pale ale or cocktail. Glass enclosed beer vats, local art work and a tasteful hipster crowd make this beer hall all the more appetizing.
A bread and water supper is for sobering up.

Grab a pitcher and raise a glass at Heist's Grand Opening Party tonight, October 19th, at 6 p.m.
