Hitting the shelves NEXT Tuesday, May 7, the book is filled with 100 flavor-packed recipes, including many of the restaurant’s beloved dishes, like the banh mi taco, Japajam burger and bacon jam fries. Part cookbook, part memoir, the pages tell the story of the chef's rise from ATX food truck purveyor to a talent featured in People, The New York Times and Food and Wine.
