Happily Ever After

For a modern twist, two very sufficient Texan-born gals have kicked the prince to the curb and started a rescue adventure of their own. Of their combo came Doucette Douvall.

Cinderella. Sleeping Beauty. Rapunzel. We gals grew up with fairytales of white knights and damsels in distress.

For a modern twist, two self-sufficient gals (one a UT alum) have kicked the prince to the curb and started a rescue effort of their own. From their combo comes Doucette Douvall, a line that touts the "little green dress" and eco-friendly frocks made from vintage fabric scraps and reworked pieces, all of which are at least 70% rescued. Stay tuned for their collection of accessories and belts made from dress scraps, and boy bow ties, a tribute to Rachel Zoe's right-hand Brad. These green sleeves were even featured on the pages of _Vogue_ and on the silver screen (via the SATC movie).
